If you are requesting a refund for part of your registration fees you must submit the request in writing. The fastest way to do that is to email us at refunds@SanMarcosAYSO.org with your name, players name, players date of birth, season information, amount paid, method of payment, reason for refund and name and address of the adult requesting the refund.

Funds are 100% refundable up to two weeks before the first scheduled event of the season for which the request is made. After that date fees are subject to non refundable costs, which can include but are not limited to, administration fees, insurance fees, transaction fees, banking fees, field use fees, uniform fees other costs of advertising and administering the above season. These costs will be determined on a case by case basis. Refunds can take 4-6 weeks to process.
