If you are requesting a refund for part of your registration fees you must submit the request in writing. The fastest way to do that is to email our Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your player’s name, date of birth, address for refund, phone number, and brief reason for request. Refund requests can also be mailed to AYSO:

Requests made after July 1, 2013 will be reduced by our insurance and administration fee ($20) and will be reduced by any additional costs to the region on the players' behalf such as, but not limited to: uniform cost, check collection fees, and outstanding payments. Please make sure you have returned any uniform to your coach or you will be charged for it. Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to process your refund.
